นี้ให้กับบุคคลอื่นได้, 3.1.6 บริษัทฯขอสงวนสิทธิที่จะบอกเลิก/ระงับการให้ยืมได้ทันที หากมีการนำ Wi-Fi Router ไปใช้งานในทางที่ไม่ถูกต้อง หรือขัดต่อกฎหมาย หรือเป็นเหตุให้เกิดความเสียหายต่อชื่อเสียงของบริษัทฯ หรือมีการเคลื่อนย้าย ดัดแปลง แก้ไข หรือนำอุปกรณ์อื่นมาเชื่อมต่อ, 3.1.7 บริษัทฯตกลงว่า เฉพาะ Wi-Fi Router ที่ผู้ใช้บริการได้ยืมตามสัญญานี้ให้ Wi-Fi Router โอนเป็นกรรมสิทธิ์ของผู้ยืม เมื่อผู้ใช้บริการได้ใช้บริการครบกำหนดตามข้อ 3.1.1 แล้ว, 3.1.8 หากผู้ใช้บริการยกเลิกการใช้บริการก่อนครบกำหนดตามข้อ 3.1.1 หรือ กรณีที่หมายเลขโทรศัพท์พื้นฐานที่ระบุไว้ในสัญญาขอใช้บริการ และ/หรือ บริการ TrueOnline-Internet ในพื้นที่ XDSL ถูกระงับอันเนื่องมาจากการค้างชำระค่าบริการ หรือการให้บริการสิ้นสุดลงไม่ว่ากรณีใดๆ หรือผู้ขอใช้บริการมิได้ปฏิบัติตามเงื่อนไขของสัญญาใช้บริการให้ถือว่าการให้ยืม Wi-Fi Router นี้สิ้นสุดทันที โดยผู้ใช้บริการต้องนำ Wi-Fi Router ที่ยืมไป คืนให้แก่บริษัทฯ ณ สำนักงานของบริษัทฯในสภาพใช้งานได้ดี หากไม่นำมาคืน หรือ Wi-Fi Router ที่นำมาคืนชำรุดเสียหาย หรือไม่อยู่ในสภาพพร้อมใช้งานได้ตามปกติผู้ใช้บริการต้องชำระค่าเสียหายให้แก่บริษัทฯตามความเสียหายที่เกิดขึ้นจริงกับ Wi-Fi Router ซึ่งค่าเสียหายดังกล่าว จะไม่เกินไปกว่าราคาตลาดของอุปกรณ์ Wi-Fi Router ในเวลาที่ผู้ขอใช้บริการต้องส่งมอบ Wi-Fi Router คืนให้แก่บริษัทฯ ทั้งนี้ภายใน 14 วัน นับจากวันที่สัญญาขอใช้บริการนี้สิ้นสุดลง, 3.1.9 กรณีที่ Wi-Fi Router ที่ยืมไปสูญหาย ผู้ใช้บริการประสงค์จะใช้บริการต่อจนครบกำหนด12 เดือน หรือครบตามระยะเวลาขั้นต่ำที่แต่ละโปรโมชั่นกำหนด ผู้ใช้บริการตกลงที่จะชำระค่าเสียหายของ Wi-Fi Router ให้แก่บริษัทฯ ตามราคาตลาดของอุปกรณ์ Wi-Fi Router ณ ขณะนั้น และบริษัทฯจะจัดหา Wi-Fi Router ที่สามารถใช้งานทดแทนกันได้ (ซึ่งอาจเป็นรุ่นเดียวกันหรือไม่ก็ได้) โดยผู้ขอใช้บริการต้องนำสัญญาใช้บริการฯนี้มา เพื่อแก้ไขหมายเลข Wi-Fi Router ที่ยืมให้ถูกต้อง, 3.2 กรณีผู้ใช้บริการสมัครใช้บริการ TrueOnline-Internet ในพื้นที่ Fiber Cable Internet (FCI) บริการอินเทอร์เน็ตผ่านสายเคเบิล และกรณีผู้ใช้บริการสมัครใช้บริการ TrueOnline-Internet ในพื้นที่ FTTH บริการอินเทอร์เน็ตผ่านสายไฟเบอร์, 3.2.1 ผู้ใช้บริการตกลงขอรับสิทธิพิเศษยืม Modem/Router จากบริษัทฯ ภายใต้เงื่อนไขการยืมโมเด็ม ดังต่อไปนี้, 3.2.1.1 ผู้ใช้บริการตกลงนำอุปกรณ์ไปใช้กับเลขหมายของบริการ TrueOnline-Internet ตามสัญญาใช้บริการนี้กับบริษัทฯเท่านั้น, 3.2.1.2 อุปกรณ์นี้เป็นทรัพย์สินของบริษัทฯ และเนื่องจากผู้ใช้บริการได้สมัครใช้บริการฯ บริษัทฯจึงนำอุปกรณ์ดังกล่าวข้างต้นออกให้ผู้ใช้บริการยืมตามสัญญานี้โดยไม่เสียค่าใช้จ่ายใดๆ, 3.2.1.3 บริษัทฯขอสงวนสิทธิที่จะบอกเลิก/ระงับการให้ยืมได้ทันที หากมีการนำอุปกรณ์ไปใช้งานในทางที่ไม่ถูกต้อง หรือขัดต่อกฎหมาย หรือเป็นเหตุให้ เกิดความเสียหาย/เสื่อมเสียต่อชื่อเสียงของบริษัทฯ, 3.2.1.4 สำหรับผู้สมัครบริการ TrueOnline-Internet ในพื้นที่ Fiber Cable Internet (FCI) บริษัทฯขอสงวนสิทธิการให้ยืมอุปกรณ์โมเด็มรุ่น DOCSIS 2.0 สำหรับผู้ขอใช้บริการที่ความเร็วต่ำกว่า 20 Mbps. ให้ถือเป็นข้อมูลที่ถูกต้องและใช้เป็นเกณฑ์ในการคำนวณการเรียกเก็บจากผู้ใช้บริการต่อไป ทั้งนี้ ไม่ตัดสิทธิของผู้ใช้บริการที่มีอยู่ตามกฎหมายที่เกี่ยวข้องในการขอข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับการใช้บริการฯ และ/หรือในการร้องเรียนความไม่ถูกต้องของยอดค่าบริการที่บริษัทฯเรียกเก็บจากผู้ใช้บริการ ต่อหน่วยงานของรัฐที่เกี่ยวข้อง, 2.3 ผู้ใช้บริการต้องชำระค่าบริการฯ และค่าธรรมเนียมอื่นๆ (ถ้ามี) ภายในกำหนดเวลาที่ระบุในใบเรียกเก็บเงินหากผู้ใช้บริการผิดนัดชำระค่าบริการฯงวดหนึ่งงวดใด ผู้ใช้บริการยินยอมชำระค่าบริการฯพร้อมดอกเบี้ยในอัตราที่ไม่สูงกว่าที่กฎหมายกำหนด และบริษัทฯสงวนสิทธิในการระงับการให้บริการฯ และ/หรือยกเลิกการให้บริการฯได้ตามกฎหมาย, 2.4 ในกรณีที่ผู้ใช้บริการเลือกชำระค่าบริการฯกับตัวแทนรับชำระค่าบริการฯ เช่น เคาน์เตอร์เซอร์วิส เป็นต้นผู้ใช้บริการจะต้องชำระค่าบริการ Service Fee (ถ้ามี) ให้แก่ตัวแทนที่รับชำระค่าบริการฯดังกล่าวตามอัตราที่ตัวแทนรับชำระค่าบริการรายนั้นๆกำหนด, 2.5 ในการใช้บริการ TrueOnline-Internet ในพื้นที่ Fiber Cable Internet หากระยะการเดินสายสัญญาณ (RG-6) จากจุดปล่อยสัญญาณ (Tap Port) จนถึงจุดติดตั้ง Modem เกินกว่า 70 เมตร ผู้ใช้บริการจะต้องชำระค่าธรรมเนียมในการเดินสายส่วนเกิน ในราคาเมตรละ 25 บาท (ไม่รวมภาษีมูลค่าเพิ่ม) โดยผู้ใช้บริการเป็นผู้รับผิดชอบค่าใช้จ่ายกับตัวแทนติดตั้งเอง, 2.6 ในกรณีที่มีเหตุขัดข้องในการใช้บริการฯ ผู้ใช้บริการจะแจ้งเหตุขัดข้องให้บริษัทฯทราบ และบริษัทฯจะจัดส่งช่างเทคนิคเพื่อแก้ไขเหตุขัดข้องดังกล่าว ณ สถานที่ติดตั้ง ตามที่ระบุในสัญญานี้ โดยมีเงื่อนไขดังต่อไปนี้, 2.6.1 หากเหตุขัดข้องเกิดจากโครงข่าย TrueOnline-Internet และมิได้มีสาเหตุมาจากคอมพิวเตอร์ของผู้ใช้บริการ ช่างเทคนิคดังกล่าว จะเป็นผู้แก้ไขเหตุขัดข้องดังกล่าวจนผู้ใช้บริการสามารถใช้บริการฯได้ตามปกติ โดยผู้ใช้บริการไม่ต้องชำระค่าใช้จ่ายใดๆ, 2.6.2 หากเหตุขัดข้องดังกล่าวเกิดจาก Software ในเครื่องคอมพิวเตอร์ของผู้ใช้บริการ ช่างเทคนิคจะเป็นผู้แก้ไขเหตุขัดข้องดังกล่าว จนผู้ใช้บริการสามารถเชื่อมต่ออินเทอร์เน็ตได้ตามปกติ ให้สิทธิเฉพาะกรณีสมัครใหม่ หรือยกเลิกบริการ TrueOnline-Internet มาแล้วไม่น้อยกว่า 6 เดือนเท่านั้น และผู้ขอใช้บริการต้องสมัครใช้บริการฯต่อเนื่อง 12 เดือน หรือ 18 เดือน หรือ 24 เดือน หรือตามที่แต่ละโปรโมชั่นกำหนด, 3.1.2 กรณี Wi-Fi Router ชำรุด หรือไม่สามารถใช้ติดตั้งได้ตามปกติ ด้วยสาเหตุจากโรงงานผู้ผลิต หรือเกิดจากการใช้งานตามปกติ ผู้ใช้บริการต้องนำ Wi-Fi Router มาคืน ณ สำนักงานสาขา ภายใน 7 วัน นับจากวันที่ได้รับ Wi-Fi Router หรือ ภายใน 7 วัน นับจากวันนัดติดตั้ง และช่างผู้ติดตั้ง ได้ออกเอกสารยืนยันเพื่อให้นำ Wi-Fi Router ส่งคืน, 3.1.3 บริษัทฯขอสงวนสิทธิในการเปลี่ยนอุปกรณ์ทดแทนให้ สำหรับกรณีตามข้อ 3.1.2 ภายในช่วงระยะเวลาสัญญารับสิทธิยืม Wi-Fi Router 12 เดือน หรือ 18 เดือน หรือ 24 เดือน หรือ ตามที่แต่ละโปรโมชั่นกำหนด และขอสงวนสิทธิในการเรียกเก็บคืนอุปกรณ์ชุดที่ไม่สามารถใช้งานได้เมื่อมีการทดแทนอุปกรณ์ให้แล้ว, 3.1.4 ผู้ใช้บริการตกลงนำ Wi-Fi Router ไปใช้กับเลขหมายของบริการ TrueOnline-Internet ในพื้นที่ XDSL ตามสัญญาใช้บริการฯนี้เท่านั้น, 3.1.5 อุปกรณ์นี้เป็นทรัพย์สินของบริษัทฯ และเนื่องจากผู้ยืมได้สมัครใช้บริการฯต่อเนื่องมีกำหนด 12 เดือนตามข้อ 3.1.1 หรือต่อเนื่องตามแต่ละโปรโมชั่นกำหนด บริษัทฯจึงนำ Wi-Fi
